PURPOSE:To obtain the title material containing a fly-ash base assistant as a reinforcement, having a high density, high strengths and good void filling properties and showing good durability even when a water-glass base setting agent is used. CONSTITUTION:The title material is prepared by mixing solution A prepared by kneading a cement base curing material with a fly-ash base assistant, a cellulose additive, a dispersion retarder and water in a specified ratio with a setting agent solution B comprising sodium silicate in a volume ratio of about 10:1. This material has a high density, high strengths and good void filling properties, and can exhibit good durability even when a water-glass base setting agent is used. Therefore, it is effective in preventing the loosening of the ground and the subsidence of ground without fail in a tunneling work. |
