PURPOSE:To produce a foamed molded product capable of being enhanced in productivity and economical efficiency by omitting a seal tape by a method wherein a sealing ridge for preventing urethane from flowing in the gap generated between the core material set to a core mold and the molding surface of the core mold at the time of foaming is integrally molded at the time of the molding of the core material. CONSTITUTION:In the molding of a foamed molded product, a core material 14 having the ridge 16 elastically brought into contact with the side edge part of the skin 13 set to a cavity mold 11 integrally formed thereto is set to a core mold 12 and the leakage of the foamable resin foamed between the skin 13 and the core material 14 after the clamping of the cavity mold 11 and the core mold 12 is prevented by the pressure contact force of the ridge 16 and the skin 13. |
