PURPOSE:To obtain a lightweight, high-strength automotive or appliance part with the crush rate of the hollow filler in such a molding limited to a low level, by molding a propylene-based resin composition produced by putting specific components to a specific kneading process. CONSTITUTION:Using, as components, (A) a crystalline propylene polymer 1 300g/10min in melt flow rate and (B) a hollow filler 0.1-0.9g/cm<3> in the mean granular density (true density) determined by the ASTM-D 2840 (using an air comparison pycnometer), 7 100mum in the mean diameter determined by a scattered laser beam-type granulometer and >=100kg/cm<2> in the 10wt.% crushing strength determined by the ASTM-D 3102 (using glycerol), at least part of the component A is kneaded in a molten state and incorporated with the component B and, if any, the rest of the component A followed by kneading into a composition 100g/10min in melt flow rate comprising 100 pts.wt. of the component A and 3-80 pts.wt. of the component B. Thence, this composition is molded under molten state, thus obtaining the objective molding 30% in the crush rate of the component B therein. |
