Method of biological treatment of liquid waste, sludge and solid waste from the food industry, using aerobic or anaerobic bacteria, where powdered nutrient-coagulating-buffering additives are added to the treated medium together with the bacteria, characterized in that the nutrient-coagulating-buffering additives consist of dolomite, phosphorus-nitrogen fertilizer and preferably salts of iron or aluminium, while the bacteria are deposited on a powdered carrier before being introduced to the treated medium.</p> |
