PURPOSE:To obtain the subject external preparation, having enhancing action on moisture retaining in the keratin and keratolytic and peeling action and excellent in permeability without damaging the skin by blending a hot-water extract and concentrate of Coicis Semen with a keratinous softening agent. CONSTITUTION:The objective external preparation is obtained by blending (A) a hot-water extract and concentrate of Coicis Semen with (B) preferably 5-20wt.% keratinous softening agent such as urea and more preferably (C) preferably 0.1-1.0wt.% ether extract of Lithospermi Radix having recognized antimicrobial effects. |
