<p>PURPOSE:To provide a deinking agent exhibiting excellent ink-collecting performance, having high operability, especially good foam-breaking property in flotation reject and giving a deinked pulp having high whiteness and decreased number of residual ink spots. CONSTITUTION:The objective deinking agent contains, as an active component, an ester compound produced by adding an alkylene oxide to a reaction mixture composed of (A) an oil and fat or a reaction product of an oil and fat with glycerol, (B) a monohydric or polyhydric alcohol and (C) a monobasic or polybasic carboxylic acid or its anhydride.</p> |
