PURPOSE:To improve escapability and running stability at the time of running at a high speed, for a vehicle by additionally providing a differential lock device in a limited slip differential gear. CONSTITUTION:A differential lock device 43 of performing a differential lock by removably connecting a differential gear case 16 to a drive wheel is additionally provided. By combining the differential lock by the differential lock device 43 with differential limiting by a limited slip differential gear as necessary, in the case of one drive wheel advancing into a muddy place and in the case of escaping it, escaping ability is improved. Further by using the differential lock at the time of running at a high speed, insufficiency of differential limiting by a friction disk clutch is supplemented to improve running stability.
