System for assisting the operator of a non-extending wheel excavator in forming the inclination of a side slope, cooperating with a unit controlling the manoeuvring movements of the excavator, drive circuits controlling the mechanisms performing rotation and lowering of the arm, with auxiliary contacts of these drives and measurement converters of these values, buttons for setting regulated values and displays of regulated and measured values, characterized in that the control unit (1) has an additional component (1B) containing a data exchange circuit (18) with its input and output connected to a computation unit (2), while connected to other inputs of the data exchange circuit (18) are a button (4) controlling computation of the angle at which rotation is switched off and auxiliary contacts (5) of the turning drive of the excavator and a circuit (17) controlling the regulated inclination of the side slope, and also a circuit (19) for computing angle of rotation, which is connected to the output of a converter (11) for measurement and zeroing of the angle of rotation, and a circuit (20) for computing angle of lowering, which is connected to the output of a converter (15) for measurement and calibration of angle of lowering, while the outputs of the data exchange circuit (18) are connected to the input of the circuit (17) controlling the regulated inclination of the slope which is connected to the output of the button (3) of the regulator of side slope inclination, and to the input of the circuit (16) controlling the displays, which is connected to the output of the circuit (17) controlling the regulated inclination of the slope and to the input of a decoder (7) of data transmission signals.<IMAGE>
