摘要 |
PURPOSE:To collect and treat meat of a fish body having hard meat quality such as flatfishes. CONSTITUTION:Fish bodies of a hard meat in a large amount are quantitatively fed to a dividing treating machine 5 and all the fish bodies are continuously divided into plural sections. The divided fragments are then fed to a washing device 6 to remove scales or impurities such as blood or viscera. The divided fragments are subsequently collapsed with a crusher 8 to soften the fish meat. The softened meat is then collected with a fish meat collector 9 to afford picked meat. |
