16S RRNA GENE OF PASTEURELLA-MULTOCIDA, DNA FRAGMENT FOR PROBE AND DETECTION OF PASTEURELLA-MULTOCIDA USING THE PROBE

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a 16S rRNA gene of Pasteurella.multocida which is a causative microorganism for pasteurella pneumonia and atrophic rhinitis of swine, to provide a DNA fragment for probe and to provide a process for easily detecting Pasteurella.multocida in a short time by using the probe. CONSTITUTION:16S rRNA gene of Pasteurella.multocida, a DNA fragment for probe complemental to the specific region of the gene, and a process for detecting Pasteurella.multocida by hybridization process using the fragment as a probe.
