ORGANIC MEMBRANE AND PRODUCTION THEREOF

摘要

PURPOSE:To easily hold a fluorine group imparting water and oil repellency, abrasion resistance and chemical resistance on the surface of a membrane by introducing a fluoroalkyl group and an alkoxyl group or chlorine into the organosilicon compd. on a substrate so as to show a strong infrared absorption spectrum. CONSTITUTION:An org. membrane 10 is formed by laminating an adsorbing layer 2 composed of an organosilicon compd. and a polyimide LB film 3 on a substrate. The organosilicon compd. contains a 10-20C straight chain fluoroalkyl group and a methoxy or ethoxy group or chlorine and shows a strong infrared absorption spectrum at 1750-1650cm<-1> and 1300-1100cm<-1>. By this constitution, a novel org. membrane excellent in water and oil repellency, abrasion resistance and chemical resistance is obtained and a fluorine group can be easily attached to the surface of the membrane.
