<p>PURPOSE: To provide a binding device by which the disadvantages of a well- known snowboard binding can be overcome, and which has adjusting devices for adjusting some parameters, which are combined in a method for executing adjustment very easily and quickly and has low eight and low current price. CONSTITUTION: A device for binding a ski boot to a snowboard includes flanges 4, 5, 4', 5', 6, 7 to keep the end part of the ski boot, and is installed in such a manner as to move in the longitudinal direction at one end of each pipe 1, 1' regardless of a center casing 2.
