<p>PURPOSE: To increase the reliability of tab separation and simplify operation by installing a lower peel roller which rotates reversibly by a drive means, a strip sheet roller rotated by a drive means and a deflector roller on a rotatable plate which rotates by a rotation means. CONSTITUTION: When a laminate 10 reaches a stop member 34, a cluster plate 38 on which lower peel, deflector and strip sheet rollers 36, 44, and 42 are installed is rotated, the laminate is retained by the lower and upper peel rollers 36 and 46 and the strip sheet roller 42 contacts with the upper peel roller 46. Next, the lower peel roller 36 is driven clockwise until a tab 18 portion of the laminate 10 comes to the meshing point of the upper roller. As a result, the tab 18 is left at the upper roller meshing point, and a first sheet is separated from a second sheet. Then, when the lower peel roller 36 is driven counterclockwise, the front end of the first sheet contacts with a deflector bar 54 and the deflector roller 44 and shifts downward, while the second sheet and tab 18 are shifted upward by driving the strip sheet roller 42 at a certain torque.</p> |
