PURPOSE:To allow the abnormal state of a person to be measured to be promptly discovered and announced without entailing human judgment and prescribed operations by providing functions to automatically judge the abnormal state of the body of the person to be measured in accordance with the results of measurement and to announce the abnormal state to associated organs, etc., in case of the abnormal state. CONSTITUTION:The information on the bodily temp. measured in a sensor section 11 is converted to an electric signal. This electric signal is amplified and digitized in a signal processing section 12. The digital signal is transmitted to a judging section 13 and is compared with a reference range 10 in a comparing section 23. The signal is decided to be either the normal state or the abnormal state in a deciding section 25. The judgment information is transmitted from a signal transmission section 14 to a separate body section 3 by a radio signal 20. The radio signal 20 is then received by the signal receiving section 15 of the separate body section 3 where the signal is converted to an electric signal. This electric signal is transmitted to a control section 16 and is identified to be either the normal state or the abnormal state. A terminal machine 4 is so controlled that emergency information 22 is transmitted to a communicating party 6 via a communication line 5 by the instruction A1 of an operation execution (on) in the event of the abnormal state.
