Controlling heating of rooms for economy

The procedure concerns the control of heating within rooms of buildings to provide the desired temp. for the required periods by delaying the heating of the rooms for as long as possible. The following factors are taken into account: times of occupation; a constant (K1) dependant upon size of building; outside temp (ta): min outside temp value (tamin); desired room temp (tin); 'difference' temp values (delta ta) and power of heat generates. The time (ta) for the heating is derived by a given formula.
