1. Device for pulling barbs from the teeth of small cogwheels, consisting of a vertical handle in the form of a round metal rod and, attached at the lower end of the rod, a mounting in the form of a bowl which is open from below, characterized in that between the base (1) in the form of a bowl open from above and the mounting (2) of the pulling device in the form of a bowl open from below, connected together with screws (3), are at the top a toothed ring (4) fixed at the bottom and a rotating toothed ring (5), where the fixed toothed ring (4) has in its inner hole a series of teeth (6) in the shape of one half of the intertooth cut (7) of the cogwheel being cleaned (8), and on the central axis of the perimeter oval holes (9), whereas the rotating toothed ring (5) has in its inner hole a series of teeth (10) in the shape of the other half of the intertooth cut (7) of the cogwheel being cleaned (8), on the central axis of the perimeter round holes (11) whose number corresponds to the number of oval holes (9) in the fixed toothed ring (4) and whose diameters are equal to the diameters of the ends of the oval holes (9), and on the perimeter semicircular recesses (12) with one side (13) directed along the radius of the rotating ring (5) and the other side (14) inclined to that radius at an angle of 30 degrees.<IMAGE>
