PURPOSE:To prevent the leakage of ultraviolet rays to the outside without lowering ventilation characteristics. CONSTITUTION:A middle plate 33 is arranged inside the upper plate 11 of an exterior case 10 so as to provide a proper gap 12 between both plates and a large number of ventilation holes 11a, 13a formed to the upper plate 11 and the middle plate 13 so as not to overlap with each other. A part of ultraviolet rays discharged from an ultraviolet lamp 15 goes toward the middle plate 13 to pass through the ventilation holes 13a thereof but, since the ventilation holes 11a are shifted from the ventilation holes 11a, ultraviolet rays do not leak to the outside from the ventilation holes 11a. |
