PURPOSE:To prevent the mixing of an eye mucus-like matter into a product, and to improve the quality of the product by spraying a heated gas at a specific temperature against a front on the discharge side at specific air quantity and air speed in each discharge hole when a molten resin composition for molding is discharged from a plurality of the mouthpiece discharge holes in a gut shape. CONSTITUTION:In a method, in which a resin composition for molding is discharged in a gut shape from a plurality of discharge holes 2 formed to a mouthpiece 1 and cooled and solidified in gut cooling water 7 and products are obtained, a heated gas is sprayed against the resin composition discharged from the mouthpiece discharge holes 2 in the direction of the arrow C through a heated-gas spray equipment 8. The temperature of the heated gas is elevated to 100-400 deg.C, and the heated gas is used at air speed of 50-100m/sec in air quantity of 10-50NI/min. Accordingly, the quantity of generation of the sublimate of a residual monomer and a residual oligomer contained in the resin composition for molding and resin composition itself, an eye mucus-like colored foreign matter, is reduced while adhesion and deposition to sections near the outlets of the discharge holes are prevented. |
