PURPOSE:To make a technical task of cooling the inside of a/narrow toilet room by utilizing the coolness of water to be used for making filth flow away in a flush toilet, and thereby to cool down the inside of the toilet room economically. CONSTITUTION:A heat exchanger 1 through which supplied water is passed to cool down air and from which the air is supplied into a toilet room, a tank device 8 which stores the water passed through the heat exchanger 1 and returns to a storable state after discharging the stored water into a toilet bowl 13, and a switch 11 which controls operation and stop of the heat exchanger 1 and opening and closure of a cock 5 for opening and closing a water supply passage to the heat exchanger 1, are provided. The cool air obtained by cooling by the water supplied for making filth flow down is sent into the toilet room, so as to attain space cooling, while the supply of the water to the tank device 8 is controlled so that the flowing-down of the filth after the use of a toilet can be attained without any trouble. |
