<p>PURPOSE:To cut at the exact position by processing the data signal from the plate width meter with the pattern detector, discriminating the result to match to the prescribed pattern and detecting the joined part. CONSTITUTION:The sheet metal gone from the inside of finish rolling mill is refined with the cooling furnace 15, then the sheet width is successively measured with a sheet width meter 4 and the data signal is sent to a pattern detector 5. In the pattern detector, the change of the data signal is discriminated whether matching to the prescribed pattern or not, if it is matched, it is considered that the joining part is detected, the operating signal of the beginning of cutting is sent to a coil cutter 16 and the coil cutting is executed.</p> |
