<p>PURPOSE:To separate and recover hydrogen in inert mixed gas discharged after plasma thermal spraying is applied. CONSTITUTION:Mixed gas discharged after plasma thermal spraying is introduced into one of a pair of vessels 10a, 10b packed with hydrogen storage alloy and cooled to store hydrogen to the hydrogen storage alloy and simultaneously the other vessel is heated to separate the occluded hydrogen and the operation of returning it to a vacuum chamber 1 of a thermal spraying device is alternatively switched to continuously feed hydrogen. Also cooling water of the plasma thermal spraying device and warm water after cooling are used as a low temp. heat source and a heating heat source for the hydrogen storage alloy vessel.</p> |
