PURPOSE:To reduce an operation cost by a method wherein a working liquid vaporized and liquefied repeatedly between a high temperature and a low temperature is provided in a hermetically closed space formed by a lower vessel and an expansion-contraction vessel. CONSTITUTION:Working liquids 6 and 6a vaporized and liquefied repeatedly between a relatively high temperature and the temperature of a liquid of a relatively low temperature sucked in from outside are sealed in a hermetically closed space formed by a lower vessel 1 and an expansion-contraction vessel 2. The expansion-contraction vessel 2 expands due to a gas pressure of the working liquids 6 and 6a coming in from the lower vessel 1 continuously and being vaporized by a high temperature. The outer periphery of the expansioncontraction vessel 2 forms a hermetically closed pump chamber, and when the pump chamber 5 is filled with the liquid of the relatively low temperature from outside, the liquid is pressed by the expansion of the expansion- contraction vessel 2. Since a discharge valve 4 is provided in the upper part of the pump chamber 5, the pressed liquid is discharged therefrom, and on the occasion, it is discharged to a higher position in accordance with the pressure. According to this constitution, the energy of an atmospheric heat can be utilized for a power source and an operation cost can be reduced. |
