PURPOSE:To suppress the generation of flash to a large extent, to almost eliminate the generation of voids caused by the remaining of gas and to mold a foamed object excellent in quality in high yield by supplying a foamable raw material to which a flash seal material obtained by finely grinding a foaming material is added into a mold to foam the same. CONSTITUTION:A foamable raw material E to which a flash seal material A obtained by finely grinding a foaming material (e.g. polyurethane foaming material) is added is supplied into a mold 2 to be foamed. During this foam molding, the flash seal material added to the foamable raw material E is precipitated on a foamed object to enter the clearance between molds 2, 3 to prescribe the outflow of the molded object from the clearance and gas is discharged to the outside of the molds 2, 3 through the voids of the flash seal material A. By this method, the terminal flash generated on the obtained molded product becomes slight and the generation of voids caused by the remaining of gas is almost eliminated. |
