<p>PURPOSE:To provide a synthetic-resin plasticizing cylinder capable of controlling the temperature or the cylinder so as to prevent carbonization by overheat of a synthetic resin adhering on the inwall surface of the plasticizing cylinder of an extrusion molding machine, an injection molding machine, a kneading machine, etc., the mixing of the carbide into the synthetic resin in the cylinder and the generation of defective quality. CONSTITUTION:In a synthetic-resin plasticizing cylinder, heaters (such as a band heater) 4, 5 are mounted at positions, where the circumferential surface of the cylinder 3 is divided into the plural, respectively, and the temperatures of each heater 4, 5 are controlled separately.</p> |
