The device comprises a head part which leads to a buffing wheel to process an object by air and oil pressure according to electric signals, a cushion member offering elastic force according to the processing condition of the object, a horizontal sliding member which move the cushion member and the head part horizontally, and a vertical sliding member placed on the top of the supporting body which move the horizontal sliding member connected with the head part and the cushion member, thereby improving the higher productivity and quality and protecting workers more safely.
