steeping the thread, which is washed, dehydrated and dried, into the adhesive liquor, composed of 30 g of epoxy resin, 10 g of curing agent, 2g - 3g of calcium carbonate, 10g of phenolic resin, 2g of latex and 5g of xylene in wt.% and coated with the liquor evenly inside and on the surface of the thread; pasting the diamon sand particles evenly on the surface of the thread by blowing method; drying and curing the particles-pasted thread at 40-100 deg.C for 20-35 min.; spraying the epoxy-based coats, composed of 30g of epoxy resin, 15g of curing agent, 15g of calcium carbonate and 5g of phenolic resin, onto the thread to bond the particles firmly; and finally drying and curing at 90-135 deg.C for 10-50 min.
