<p>A combine harvester is provided with grain cleaning and collecting apparatus comprising a lower sieve element (9) and three vertically spaced and offset upper sieve elements (10, 11, 12). The entire region of the front upper sieve element (10) inclusive of a drop step between that element and a base (7) of threshing equipment can be subjected to an air current from an additional channel (17) of a blower (8). A collecting trough (19) is arranged below the front upper sieve element (10) and extends over its entire area. A conveyor worm (21) is mounted at the base of the trough (19) and stands in conveying connection by way of a collecting worm with a grain elevator and a grain storage tank. <IMAGE></p> |
