<p>PURPOSE:To effectively utilize the slag of reducing period of electric furnace for recycling to the aggregate and flux of the electric furnace refining time, by carrying out magnetic separation and wind force classification after cooling solidified slag by air and powdering it. CONSTITUTION:Solidified slag in the slag pan is pushed up on the truck type vibratile grate bar provided on the powdered body receiving hopper 2 and is powdered by slow cooling. The powdered slag is transferred to the chain conveyor 3 of the airway 4 and iron is recovered in the iron block and grain hopper 7 by carrying out magnetic separation by the magnetic separatgor 5 on its exit. Coarse grain slags are introduced to the wind force classifier 8 by the cyclone 6 and are classified and then, powdered slags having a fixed grain size, are taken out from the coarse grain hopper 9, the middle class grain hopper 10 and the fine powder hopper 11. The powdered slags taken out from the hoppers, are recycled as the resources, such as aggregate of cement etc. or pellet using for steel making furnace etc. according to its grain size.</p> |
