<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the danger of a malfunction at the time of releasing a folding route and to diagnose the data transmission line with high reliability and efficiency. CONSTITUTION:This device consists of pattern detecting circuit 3 detecting a folding pattern, timer circuits 1 and 2 receiving the detection and counting the time and transmission line switching devices 7a and 7b. The timer circuits 1, 2 and the transmission line switching devices 7a, 7b have functions respectively and individually at a reception line 1 and a transmission line 2. With the operation of the timer circuits 1 and 2, the transmission line switching devices 7a and 7b form a folding transmission line 11. By the relation of 'the set time of the timer circuit 1 T1 < the set time of the timer circuit 2 T2', the transmission line switching device 1a is separated from the transmission line first so that a test station 20 can detects the state and the prescribed control sequence of the test station is operated. Thus, transmission from a tested station 21 is stopped by the set time T2 and after the lapse of the time T2, transmission from the tested station 21 is started again.</p> |
