<p>PURPOSE:To prevent code sweeping operation due to malfunction of inverse spreading from being performed by stably maintaining synchronism even in a low C/N state once the synchronism is established. CONSTITUTION:The spread spectrum demodulation device which receives a spread spectrum signal sent while an information spectrum is spread with PN codes and inversely spreads the received spread signal by using the same PN codes as the transmission side to demodulate the information spectrum has an OR gate 20 which inputs a synchronizing signal indicating that the information signal after the inverse spread demodulation can be demodulated by a PSK demodulator 17 and the output signal of a correlation presence/absence decision unit 15D in the spread spectrum demodulation device and supplies its OR output to a code synchronism control circuit.</p> |
