According to the invention, this placard (10) includes, on its rear face (13), two slideways (16), which, each arranged respectively on either side of its opening (12), extend parallel to two opposite edges of the latter, and the shutter (15), in addition to a front plate (18) suitable for closing off the part of the opening (12) in question, includes two tabs (20), which extend laterally, along the two opposite edges of the front plate (18) corresponding to the slideways (16), and by which it is engaged with these slideways (16).
