The invention relates to a packaging and dispensing assembly (100) making it possible separately to package two liquid components and to mix the two components extemporaneously on first use. The assembly (100) includes a main body (101) with two chambers (103, 107) which can communicate with each other through a central passage; it also includes a dispensing tip (120) which is screwed onto the main body (101) and extends in a tubular portion (124) whose end is coupled to a plug (125) for closing the central passage; the assembly also includes an outer casing (140) blocked axially and in rotation with respect to the main body (101), and extending upwards in a separable cap (142); the outer casing (140) includes an axial stop (148) for the dispensing tip (120), and inner clip-fastening teeth (147) prevent further screwing of the said tip. The cap (142) is connected to the dispensing tip (120) by a retractable clip-fastening connection (128, 116, 153) which makes it possible to unscrew the said tip on first use, and also defines an axial stop preventing any further screwing of the dispensing tip and any direct actuation by the clip-fastening connection then retracted.
