PURPOSE:To save power elements by inserting switching elements for exciting control, into both ends of armature coils. CONSTITUTION:Magnetic poles 16a-16f are arranged at equal angle intervals with the width of 180 degrees. Armature coils (EC) 17a, 17d are jointed in series or in parallel with each other, and the jointed body is set to be an EC 32a. ECs 17b, 17e and ECs 17c, 17f are also set to be ECs 32b, 32c, in the same manner. Into the lower ends of the ECs 32a-32c, switching elements (Tr) 20a-20c are inserted. Now, at the time of exciting the EC 32b, because of the charged high voltage of a capacitor 41b, the rise of armature current is turned quick. Then, salient poles 1b, 1f are attracted, and a rotor 1 is rotated by 120 degrees in the direction of an arrow head A. After that, when the electrification of the EC 32b is stopped by the Tr 20b, then by stored magnetic energy, due to a diode 49b, the capacitor 41b is kept with charged high voltage, and current fall is turned quick. After that, in the same manner, by every rotation of 120 degrees, the ECs 32a, 32b, 32c are exchanged with each other. |
