PURPOSE:To provide the transmitting device which discriminates an error of data with an error control code on a reception side after confirming that the error control code is normally received on the reception side. CONSTITUTION:This transmitting device is provided with a 1st error control code extracting means 16 which extracts the error control code added to the data outputted from a transmission-side data processor 1 and outputs the error control code and a code storing means 13 which is stored with its output. A 3rd error control code extracting means 24 provided in a reception-side data processor 2 extracts the error control signal added to a received signal and sends it out as a return signal through a 2nd transmission/reception control part 21. This signal is extracted by a 2nd error control code extracting means 17 provided in the transmission-side data processor 1 and compared by a comparison control means 14 with the storage contents of the code storing means 13; and the data sent when the both match each other are outputted from a data storing means 23 to the reception-side data processing part and an error check on the data is made based on the error control code at the same time. |
