<p>PURPOSE:To provide a chip type composite part which prevents the printing inferiority of a cover layer (overcoat) material, and also improves the absorptivity at mounting. CONSTITUTION:A capacitor part C is constituted by providing external electrodes 11 and 12 on one end and the other end of a substrate 10, and stacking a lower electrode 11a conductive with the external electrode 11, a dielectric 15, an upper conductor 13a conductive with the electrode 13, and a protective glass 18 in order. Moreover, a resistor R is constituted of a resistor 16 astride the external electrode 12 and the electrode 13, and a protective layer 1 for vanishing the step (difference in level) between the capacitor C and the resistor R is provided on the resistor 16, and the capacitor C and the resistor R are covered with an overcoat 19. Hereby, by the protective layer, the step between the capacitor and the resistor R vanishes.</p> |
