<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate an unrequired NG scene without unnaturalness by outputting a still picture just before the NG scene from image memory by a switching circuit in a reproduction period from the start position to end position of the NG scene. CONSTITUTION:The image memory 42 accumulates an image just before the start position of an image scene(NG scene) desired to cut. A command reproduction circuit 45 reproduces a command signal representing the start position and the end position of the NG scene from a tape on which the command signal is recorded, and outputs the signal to the image memory 42 and the switching circuit 44. The switching circuit 44 controls the still picture in the reproducing period from the start position to the end position of the NG scene so as to be outputted from the image memory 42, and outputs the still picture instead of the NG scene. Therefore, it is possible to reproduce the image without unnaturalness in connection with the video scenes before and behind an NG cutting period.</p> |
