<p>PURPOSE:To provide a manufacturing method of a PTV thermistor where the dependency on voltage of resistance temperature property is low, and the dispersion of resistivity between lots is little. CONSTITUTION:Calcined powder wherein the quantity of added Mn is increased by 100% more than a set value in composition and calcined powder wherein it is decreased by 10% are made respectively (ST1-ST3), and at smashing, these two kinds of calcined powders are mixed together at a rate of 1 vs. 1 (ST4), and then, the treatment of granulation (ST5), press (ST6), mad baking (ST7), and electrode formation (ST8) is made.</p> |
