<p>PURPOSE:To smoothly display each display screen even when it is required to continuously transfer video display data such as video in which some of window display data are continuously changing. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with plural frame memories 3, 5 and 7 to which picture data to be displayed as window is written in a designated area, area designating memories 4, 6 and 8 in which an effective area corresponding to the designated area of frame memories corresponding to each frame memory is designated, a priority designating memory 9 which sets priority of the effective area corresponding to each window, a composing section 10 which selects the designated area to be read depending on priority of the corresponding effective area when designated areas are overlapped in reading out picture data and reads out picture data from the area, a display section 11, a writing control section 2, and a display control section 1.</p> |
