PURPOSE:To surely transfer picture information even when a shield is in existence between a main body section of the facsimile equipment and a handy scanner. CONSTITUTION:Two terminal equipment sections 4a, 4b are connected to a main body section 2 of the facsimile equipment via a selection section 3. The terminal equipment sections 4a, 4b convert an optical signal emitted from a handy scanner 1 into an electric signal and output the signal to the selection section 3. The selection section 3 detects a level of the signal outputted from the terminal equipment sections 4a, 4b and outputs a signal whose level is higher selectively to the main body section 2. The main body section 2 receives the signal selected by the selection section 3 and executes the prescribed processing. |
