<p>PURPOSE:To pickup articles by slidably containing the articles of the same type on an inclined rack along the oblique surface, providing a plurality of oblique racks to meet the number of types in a plurality of stairs and lines and providing picking- up arms regulated in telescoping amount at the truck. CONSTITUTION:Pieces of information such as rack address, size of article, number of articles, and telescoping amount of the picking-up arm and the like are inputted to a truck control device through setting potentiometer 16 at a picking position P, and the truck 5 is moved along an orbit. The telescoping amount of the arm is regulated to meet the size and number of the articles to be picked-up on respective racks 12-15, the articles on the racks are scraped down by the running force of the truck, and the articles are contained in a bucket provided on the truck. The truck thus accommodating the articles of set number circulates on the orbit, returns to the picking-up position P, exhausts the real bucket to conveying means 17, and carries vacant bucket thereon.</p> |
