PURPOSE: To reduce a distance between a mirror and a strip waveguide, without changing data of a laser and prevent plasma discharges onto a mirror. CONSTITUTION: At least two insulation sections are provided between electrodes 3, 4 of reverse polarities, a conductive section is provided between insulation sections, and the insulation section ensure voltage division, which makes a voltage from a conductive section adjacent to mirrors 1, 2 to the mirrors 1, 2 at most a burning voltage of plasma. Thereby, the mirrors 1, 2 are prevented from being damaged by plasma discharges in a strip waveguide laser. |
