The invention relates to an instillation structure for a collyrium packaging and dispensing assembly, the said assembly including a main gussetted body surrounded coaxially by an outer protective casing and a dispensing tip. According to the invention, the instillation structure (100) consists of a monobloc plastic assembly, with a base portion (101) topped by a conically flaring bearing portion (102), the base portion including two coaxially cylindrical collars (103, 104), an outer collar (103) of which allows the instillation structure (100) to be mounted inside the protective casing (2) in the annular space (15), and an inner collar (104) of which makes it possible to mount the said structure on the dispensing tip (3) for its use. The cylindrical collars (103, 104) each define a dust seal (16, 17) with the protective casing (2) and the main gussetted body (11) when the instillation structure (100) is integrated in the said assembly.
