PURPOSE: To provide a method and device for buffering high band width data from an inputting device without any loss. CONSTITUTION: This is a buffering mechanism for the access and retrieval of high band width data. A conventional constrained buffer and a buffer 160 which stores all input data regardless of the activity rate of a central processing unit are provided between inputting devices 130-138 and an operating system 170. Thus, a high band width parallel channel with an extremely excellent buffering capability can be provided, and the conventional operating system can be complemented.
