<p>PURPOSE:To automatically generate the working path which sharply works a projecting apex part by extending sides, which is in contact with a projecting apex, of two edge lines forming the projecting apex and generating an arc inscribing these extended edge lines or a straight line and connecting these edge lines. CONSTITUTION:At the time of input of shape data, a projecting apex Vi to be sharply worked is designated, and the radius of an arc or the extent of extension of edge lines Ea and Eb for this apex is designated in a step 1. At the time of generating the working path, extended edge lines Ef and Eg of two edge lines Ea and Eb in contact with the projecting apex Vi are generated. An arcuate edge line Er inscribing the projecting angle part formed by the extended edge line Ef, the apex Vi, and the extended edge line Eg is generated. A straight edge line Ec connecting respective end points Va and Vb of extensions obtained by extending the edge lines Ea and Eb by a designated extent is generated. These extended edge lines Ef and Eg, the arcuate edge line Er, and the straight edge line Ec are connected to complete an intermediate processing shape by a step 2. Thus, the working path is automatically generated by only designation at the projecting apex Vi.</p> |
