PURPOSE:To bond a mark sheet having an area wide to some degree to a running wire with the large adhesive strength. CONSTITUTION:A reciprocating type conveyer 6 having a partly parallel running path to that of a route for taking back a wire is provided, and an pasting block 5 is attached thereto. A sheet sucking device 51 for sucking a sheet S to be pasted, a pressing device 53 for pressing the sheet S to the wire rod 1 and a take-in device 52 for taking back it to the original position are provided in the pasting block 5. A sheet supply device 7 and a heating device 8 for fusing a bonding material stuck thereto are provided nearby on the way to the running path of the conveyer 6. A belt conveyer type backing device 2 with a heat-proof belt 2C put thereon is provided in the section of the running path of the wire rod 1 parallel to the conveyer 6 to receive a pushing force for applying the sheet S to the wire 1 due to the pressing device 53. When the running velocity V of the conveyer 6 is different from the running velocity v of the wire 1, the velocity V of the conveyer 6 is controlled to change only in the pasting section. |
