PURPOSE:To provide an extraction circuit for scan pass data capable of extracting the scan pass data by an ordinary external interface. CONSTITUTION:Scan pass data extraction processing is controlled by generating a scan mode signal by an instruction from FW by using a scan mode setting means 133, and a scan clock which activates scan pass is generated or stopped by a scan clock generating means 132 according to the instruction of the scan mode setting means 133. Thereby, the scan pass consisting of flip-flops 121-123 and selectors 124-127 is controlled by the scan clock. Output data from the scan pass are recorded on scan pass data saving memory 134. |
