PURPOSE:To unnecessitate the expensive large-capacity battery of the PBX by sharing the system dada of the cordless PBX with the memories of the slave units and collecting the system data from a slave unit when recovered from the power failure. CONSTITUTION:The content of a system data memory 23 of a cordless PBX 22 is divided by 1/n to (n) number of cordless slave units 29-31 (#1 to #n) at its transmission and housed in slave unit memories 41 to 43. When the set content is changed by an external equipment, the changed data is sent to the slave unit corresponding to the changed section. At the power failure, the entire functions of the device 22 is stopped and the content of the memory 23 is deleted. After recovery from the power failure, the PBX 22 collects the system data in the slave unit (#1 to #n) memories 41 to 43 to be stored in the memory 23. After collecting all data, the operation is restarted with the setting before the power failure. |
