PURPOSE: To provide a circuit for using a pulse width modulation controller using a multiplication device for deriving a load current, when driving an inductive load such as a motor when the load current cannot be measured easily. CONSTITUTION: In a pulse width modulation system for driving a motor 1 with an inductive load consisting of a means 22 for supplying a current to be switched to a load, a means for determining the duty cycle of the current to be switched by a pulse width modulation controller 3, and a means for determining the amplitude of the current to be switched, a multiplication device 6, for deriving a load current related to the duty cycle by processing the amplitude of a current that is supplied to the drive means 2, is provided. |
