PURPOSE:To attain stable communication by suppressing a fluctuation of a talking level due to the movement of a mobile equipment specific to mobile body communication. CONSTITUTION:A monitor signal generating transmission section 4 generates a monitor signal (a) to monitor a talking level and sends the signal to a mobile equipment via a mixer 5. A monitor signal reception section 7 receives a monitor signal (b) returned from a mobile equipment receiving the monitor signal (a) via a band pass filter 6. A talking level measurement section 8 compares the monitor signals (a), (b) and when the section 8 detects deterioration in a level, the section 8 calculates a difference with a preset initial value and outputs the result. A variable amplification quantity and attenuation setting section 10 is provided in a channel. A talking level control section 9 sends data to be set to the variable amplification quantity and attenuation setting section 10 based on the result outputted from the talking level measurement section 8. |
