<p>PURPOSE:To easily take out an electronic document by storing the control information on the electronic document in a document control file device. CONSTITUTION:A retrieving condition input/result display means 5 transfers the retrieving condition data inputted by an operator to a retrieving processing means 9. The means 9 retrieves the control information on an electronic document stored in a document control file device 10 based on the received retrieving condition data. Then the means 9 transfers the control information on the corresponding document to the means 5. The means 5 transfers the control information on a selected electronic document to a document take-out means 11 via the means 9. The means 11 uses the received control information as a key to extract the desired electronic document out of a cabinet file device 12 and displays this document on a document display screen 4 via a document display means 6.</p> |
